I describe myself as a toolbox bringing the creative knowledge and development expertise to enable communities to achieve their aims through arts projects.

An organisation might contact me with any of the following:

• an idea for a project
• a need to communicate, consult, engage, inspire or educate
• a desire to work in positive and enjoyable ways
• a willingness to use creative and innovative methods
• a need to build capacity within their group

The Process

I love a challenge and don’t like to repeat myself, so am more than happy to develop ideas on an individual basis with a client.

I will:

• work in a positive and flexible way
• develop a brief with the client/s
• tailor the project to fit the needs of participants,
• ensure budgets and timescales are agreed and stuck to

Skills

I have produced publications, collages, costumes, mosaics, sculpture, photography, digital images, provided training and designed innovative community engagement methods.

I have worked with children, young people and adults, people with disabilities, mental health service users, parents groups, multi-ethnic groups, management committees, student associations and multi-agency partnerships.
